Returns & Exchanges

At Hickory Hills Ranch, each piece is created in limited quantities with intention and care. Because of the nature of our small-batch drops, we ask that you review our policy below before purchasing.
Returns
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
Items must be in original condition
Tags must be attached
No signs of wear, washing, or damage
Once your return is received and approved, a store credit will be issued. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment at this time.

 

Exchanges

If you need a different size, we offer exchanges based on availability.
Due to limited inventory, we cannot guarantee your requested size will be in stock. If unavailable, you will receive store credit.

 

Final Sale Items

All limited drops, discounted items, and special releases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hickoryhillsranchllc@gmail.com.
We will make it right.

 

Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
